Prenatal Care is for many people their first time experiencing the beauty of the Midwifery Model of Care. This proven model focuses on respectful, supportive, attentive, and empowering care. During this time, you’ll develop meaningful relationships with our midwives and birth assistants.

Prenatal Visit Schedule

8-32 weeks (every 4 weeks)

32-38 weeks (every 2 weeks)

38-41 (weekly)

+ Dating ultrasound at our center

+ Feeding/lactation/breast pump preparation with lactation consultant
+ Postpartum period preparation
+ Discussion, screening, and education on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders”

+ Group Beta Strep testing (GBS)
+ Invite your birth team to this visit so we can all meet!
+ Planning for the big day, review of your birth preferences
+ Set up weekly prenatal visits until birth
